This is the moment where change happens. When you decide to do it anyway regardless of how you feel about it. When you allow yourself to feel numb, so the action can take place OR my personal route, complain and moan while I am taking the action. I’ve been on more than one walk that the first several minutes are spent discussing how much I don’t want to be out there walking, only to discover that by the time I complete the walk I have a great sense of satisfaction. Or start out writing an affirmation with this is not what I want to be doing (be aware and quick to start writing comes after this, you have a lot to teach yourself!)
Do you want to move in with numb or neutral and live there forever No Way! There’s way too much positive and negative to experience to be numb forever but numb and neutral are a great place to spend time as you are working through change, creating new habits and building a foundation.
