Before being to think about the different choices and actions you are going to take it’s necessary to figure out for what reason you keep making the choice you do. Without first figuring out what has you making the choice, you may choose a different action that doesn’t support the new change, a choice that will reinforce the old behavior, and a choice that could create a new problem. Get real honest about yourself and the reasons you are making the choices that you are then move to brainstorming new choices.
I easily make better choices: Write it 5 times a day to assist in changing the thought pattern that change is difficult.
3 for the day: Write down the top 3 things to do for the day, and do those things FIRST!
Something you’re grateful for? Write it down. Something you’re tired of carrying around in your head? Write it down and RELEASE it.
