One of the very first activities I do with new coaching clients is a value chart.
By determining you current values you are more easily able to see if the things you are working on and working towards are supporting the very thing you are seeking to experience. While it is possible to do a value chart on your own, your own bias can get in the way leading you to select what you think you should be valuing instead of what you are truly leaning on.
