So often people talk about wanting and longing for balance. This is part of finding balance.
Acknowledging that not everything is working well, accepting your responsibility in that (did you not follow through on a boundary? Did you say yes when you wanted to say no? Is is a season of life? etc.), and bringing it into the light can help with achieving balance.
You may not have to do anything with this after calling it into the light, but think about the very word itself: light. Something that is in the light naturally feels less dark and heavy.
You don’t have to figure life and this journey out on your own. It’s not weakness to ask for help it’s a strength.
