Have you noticed the harder you try to make something happen, the more challenging it can be? There are some thing that working harder at, speed up your results, there are other things that the harder you work at the harder you get. If working towards forgiveness is feeling harder and not coming with ease take. a. break.
Working through all the components of pain will allow the forgiveness to come with more ease when it’s time. Don’t get caught up in all the promises made about what will happen when you forgive. If forgiving is the only part you are working on you will be disappointed by the small changes you experience if you aren’t actively working towards healing in other places.
