You know the saying growth happens outside your comfort zone, here’s the deal, you don’t have to seek discomfort to know that what you are doing will bring about change. As a matter of fact if you are pushing to that point you’re most likely taking on to much and the change you are seeking will not be sustainable because no one likes to feel discomfort for to long. Recognize that when making small changes you shift you habits and patterns and this will make you feel the discomfort, not because it’s necessary, but because it’s different. How you know it’s enough? Uncomfortable/discomfort. Too much? Anxiety/stress Don’t confuse the two.
