How aware are you of how these two differing thoughts play out in your head?
Are you making your decisions based on how you would like to be perceived, are the things you are showing externally focused on what you would like others to think about you?
Or
Do you show up knowing who you are, knowing that not everyone is going to approve, knowing there is going to be judgement, also knowing that you are good with who you are, and where you are at right now, and knowing that your worth and value does not come from what others think and say, but it comes from you?
Spend some time this week paying attention to what you are focused on when you are around others. Is it what you think they are thinking or is it focused on knowing that you are who you are.
