How to Be Happy
Stop doing so much!
This doesn’t mean that once you get the 3 things taken care of (see the journal page it has a spot to write these top 3 for the day down) you can’t do more things. This means stop trying to cram so much into the day that you feel overwhelmed and stressed as you tackle things. This will actually improve your focus, memory, and feelings of peace, and help you avoid distractions.
If I have learned anything over the years with my 6 kids, eventually it gets done… or it doesn’t. But as I have taken the pressure off to do it all, all the time, I have been able to ask for help, delegate, and stop being so hard on myself.
Remember by the inch it’s a cinch, by the mile it’s a pile.
Do less to accomplish more!
