When’s the last time you intentional set aside time to do something fun? It doesn’t have to be big like sky diving, but something more than a quick laugh at a meme, should do the trick.
If there’s something on your mind, if it’s sitting in the passenger seat constantly remaining your it’s there, or if you’ve pushed it to the back where you are thinking about it but the weight is still there, having a good laugh, enjoying the company of friends, watch the funny movie, taking a breather and having fun is a great way to feel refreshed when you get back to the tasks at hand.
I’ll admit I’ve walked away from a stack of dirty dishes more than once, good news? It was waiting for me when I came back to it, even better news? I was in a much better space to tackle the task when I returned!
