Something you’re grateful for? Write it down. Something you’re tired of carrying around in your head? Write it down and RELEASE it.
Pick and area of your life you would like to make a change.
Bonus tip? Make it something that is small, and almost insignificant. That while you want to make a change there is doesn’t seem like a big deal.
