Are you taking time to celebrate and reward yourself for the little things? Consistently doing the little things is as important (if not more important) than the big things. Little things don’t seem to get enough recognition and credit, take time to acknowledge yourself.
I like to give myself gold stars, or bonus points. I say aloud “I get 5 gold stars for writing my affirmations” or “I get 100 bonus points for writing down my daily gratitude” simply taking the few seconds to say out loud I did it and I am proud, helps create positive brain pathways that will help us come back for more. If you want to level this up make yourself and actual gold star chart, yes like you’re 5 years old, and keep track the visual reminder of your success will help keep you motivated.
