It doesn’t mean that it’s the whole process or that it gets to dominate the conversations inside your head, but anybody who has tried something new, or for that matter attempted something again, is going to tell you there was a dash (or a whole bottle) of fear that showed up.
Instead of focusing your work on trying to make fear go away permanently, learn to navigate and resolve the concerns that fear keeps throwing at you, honestly it might have a few valid points. Once you’ve assessed the reality of the what the fear is asking you to believe It may be as simple as saying, thank you for the reminder, we are not focusing on that right now it’s not a reality please sit down and be quiet.
Truthfully sometimes it’s a sit down and shut up and mind your own business for a hot minute :)
Don’t let the fear keep you from taking the next best step, honestly it’s a bit of a reminder to stop trying to do it all at once.
You’ve got this and tell your fears I told them to take a coffee break!
